Two of my favorite children’s charities that do extraordinary work on behalf of the Eugene/Springfield community are CASA For Children and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Both charities have long been a part of my personal and professional life, and to be fortunate enough to contribute to both of these causes has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
With every closing, a donation is made to both charities!
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) For Children
To better serve the number of abused and neglected children in Lane County, CASA volunteers work to prevent children from being re-abused by facilitating their move through the court and child protective services systems as quickly as possible into safe, permanent homes.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion dollars for 170 children’s hospitals, like ours, across the United States and Canada. Their mission, to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible, impacts local kids in our communities. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.
